Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Consultation Attorney to conduct consultations and assist with client onboarding. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Compensation- $50,000 to $120,000 (base salary plus monthly bonuses, 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off) Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and informative consultations with potential clients regarding various immigration matters, including family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian cases (VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, Asylum).
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance during consultations.
• Assist with select casework as needed.
• Contribute to business development and client retention efforts.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience
• Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
• Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in any state in the United States.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law, with a focus on family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian cases.
• Proven experience in conducting client consultations.
• Strong understanding of immigration procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with sales and business development.
• Ability to dissect complex legal issues and offer sound advice to clients.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
