What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly face who assists residents with daily living activities, making their days brighter and easier.
• Provide personalized care across our continuum of services, ensuring every resident feels valued and supported.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, playing a key role in their well-being.
• Engage in meaningful interactions that create real connections and lasting memories.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A current Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently
• Team player mentality
• Passion for serving older adults
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving
• Physical stamina to perform hands-on care tasks
• Previous experience working with elderly patients is preferred but not required

Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour based on experience
