Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Remote - APAC)

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and helping businesses succeed with cutting-edge technology? We're looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team and ensure our customers get the most value from our products and services.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you'll play a key role in reducing risk and churn, driving product adoption, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. You'll be the trusted advisor for our customers, helping them navigate our product ecosystem, align expectations, and find solutions that fit their business needs.

Our Customer Success team is expanding to deliver thoughtful, strategic, and proactive engagement across our product portfolio, including open-source infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise applications. To provide personalized service, CSMs specialize in one of the following customer segments:

Mass - SMEs and large businesses in the early stages of their journey
Focus - Established enterprise customers with recurring revenue
Step Growth - High-potential customers with strong expansion opportunities
In addition, all CSMs contribute to broader customer support efforts, including assisting customers not yet assigned to a dedicated CSM.

Location: Remote (APAC region)

What You'll Do

Onboard new customers and introduce them to our products and support processes, including cloud platforms, automation tools, and enterprise applications.
Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in a specific geographic region, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating renewal risks.
Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support teams to develop and execute engagement plans that help customers achieve their objectives.
Lead complex projects involving IT managers, developers, and decision-makers across various industries.
Run structured customer and business reviews, identify and prioritize challenges, and work cross-functionally to drive resolution.
Act as a customer advocate, influencing product roadmaps, documentation, and internal processes to improve the customer experience.
Support customers through both proactive engagement and reactive ticket requests.
Create digital engagement campaigns to enhance customer success at scale.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for cloud and data center infrastructure. We're looking for:

5+ years of experience in IT-related roles, with exposure to at least one of the following: Linux OS, cloud computing, networking, security, storage, data applications, IoT, or migration projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and building long-term customer relationships.
Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Team-oriented mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Bonus Skills

Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or other CRMs
Proficiency in additional languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian (alongside excellent English skills)
