Director of Rehabilitation at Marin Post Acute

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams
• Oversee patient care plans, ensuring individualized and effective treatment strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes
• Mentor and support the growth and development of the rehab team
• Manage departmental budget and ensure financial success

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in California
• Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to delivering excellent patient care
