What You'll Do
Client Management
Serve as the main point of contact for digital client accounts, fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Handle day-to-day client communications, addressing needs and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Project Coordination
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and occasionally budgets.
Develop clear project roadmaps and delegate tasks to internal teams, ensuring everything stays on track.
Campaign Management & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance and prepare insightful, data-driven reports.
Keep clients and stakeholders informed with actionable insights to help drive impactful decisions.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Account Management, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to align on strategy and execution.
Ensure consistency in messaging and approach across all digital initiatives.
Data & Insights
Create and present status updates and performance analyses.
Utilize data to identify trends and recommend strategies to enhance client success.
Growth & Strategy
Identify opportunities for client revenue growth and work with leadership to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
Digital Asset Management
Organize and maintain key digital assets, ensuring resources like copy, tracking links, and process documents are up to date and easily accessible.
Training & Support
Assist in training new hires and internal teams on best practices, process improvements, and new tools to enhance efficiency and drive results.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in account management, project management, or digital marketing.
Technical & Marketing Skills:
Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with analytics tools.
Bonus points for experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and SEMrush!
Soft Skills & Abilities:
Strong time management - able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset - tackle challenges with analytical thinking and strategic solutions.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
