We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to help lead our centralized scheduling and support team in delivering excellent service to our patients and their families. 

Job Overview ‍  

As a Call Center Supervisor , you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our call center. You will support and guide a team of call center representatives, help resolve escalated issues, monitor team performance, and contribute to a culture of accountability and care. 

Key Responsibilities ✅  

• Supervise and support a team of call center representatives 

• Assist with scheduling, patient inquiries, and issue resolution 

• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching 

• Monitor performance metrics and help improve efficiency and service quality 

• Handle escalated calls or concerns with professionalism and empathy 

• Work closely with the Call Center Manager and office teams to ensure scheduling accuracy and positive patient experiences 

Qualifications  

• 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role (dental/healthcare preferred) 

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is a strong plus 

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment 

• Familiarity with dental or medical scheduling software is a plus 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big advantage 

• High school diploma or equivalent required
